STORYVILLE ON THE HILL
"Footprints Theatre Trust have been working with schools, faith groups and communities locally, nationally and internationally for many years and have extensive experience of working with people of all ages and abilities.
As performers, Footprints are adept at making their stories active, enthralling, relevant and fun and have a repertoire of tales from all over the world.
Footprints have an unshakeable belief in the power of stories to form a sense of identity, to establish community values, to guide our spiritual search and to help make sense of the good and the bad things of living on this planet."
Cherie Zamazing is a freelance artist, author and a children's book illustrator based in Nottingham. We are so fortunate to have her here at Storyville - Cherie will be in the Hexagon Tent from 12.30pm onwards for everyone to drop in and have fun with pebbles, storytelling and painting... Cherie will be selling her book Peter's Pebbles and there will be a donation box for you to appreciate all the amazing talents of this lovely lady.
Ximena and Theresa weave their tales using puppets, props, instruments and singing to engage and involve children of all ages in their sessions. The storytelling is set in a beautifully decorated bell tent which provides an ideal setting for the stories.
