    We have teamed up with the fantastic East Bridgford Hill, to offer a truly extraordinary fitness experience, in the heart of the Midlands.   Our prestigious experience removes you from your hectic, busy, everyday life and from your typical crowded, sweaty gyms and personal training studios and transports you to our luxury location.

    

    Our fitness camps are nothing like the typical hardcore military boot camps you may have seen on T.V, where you would spend time rolling around in mud and getting shouted at. Instead we take a truly structured and holistic look at the body, which enables us to physically ‘release brakes’, which have been holding you back in your training for years.

    The programme which we follow  will be to tailored to suit your personal requirements, so that you can take away the maximum results possible from your time with us. We aim not only to motivate, but to challenge and inspire you, not only throughout your time with us but also long after you have returned home.
